The Project consists of approximately 334,000 square feet of new single story construction. Work includes earthwork, landscaping, irrigation systems, termite control, fire sprinkler systems, concrete foundation and masonry units, natural stone masonry, fiber cement board finishes, structural steel, cold-formed metal framing, fully-adhered EPDM roofing, wood framing, prefabricated wood trusses, wood floor joists, wood trim and paneling, architectural woodwork, insulation, asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing, sealants and fire stopping, wood and steel doors, access doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, clad wood windows and doors, door hardware, gypsum board, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, signage, fire protection specialties, toilet accessories, residential casework, window blinds, mechanical and electrical systems.

Approximately 15,000 square feet of the new construction consists of a stand-alone pre-engineered metal building. Capitol City Electric’s scope of work includes power and lighting distribution, lightning protection, two 1250 kW and one 900kW diesel Generator, Fire Alarm, Communications, AV systems, Nurse Call systems, and a wireless clock system.

The power distribution for this project consists of three separate services.
