Plaza on the Green

Located on the 9th hole of the West Nine at 88th Street and Firethorn Lane in Lincoln Nebraska, this project consists of a new four-story 50,000 square foot corporate office building, parking, and site development. With steel stud framing and a combination of lay-in, drywall, and open-to-structure ceilings, the interior of this building is very diversified. Couple that with distinct light fixtures, and the outcome is a very modern feel. This building will house the Runza Headquarters! Capitol City’s scope of work includes Power and Lighting distribution, Communications, Access Control, and Fire Alarm. The two separately metered services for this project consist of an 800 Amp Panelboard and a 1600 Amp Panelboard.
